STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are a highly rated, 5-star Black and White portrait studio, and our dedicated team is committed to giving a thoroughly professional experience to everyone we work with.
Booking Confirmation Fee
We are a small, high-end portrait studio. We limit the number of bookings that we accept based on our capacity, and the availability of our highly trained photographers. For this reason, a Confirmation Fee is required to secure your booking. This is not an additional fee but can be used towards any purchases you make. If you decide not to purchase on the day of your ordering session you will be refunded, less a small administrative fee. You do have a 72 hour window from the time you pay your deposit to opt out of the session for a full refund (an "I've changed my mind" option.) After the 72 hours, your deposit will be applied to purchases or turned to a gift voucher as long as we are given 24 hours notice before your session.
Reschedule Policy
If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least seven days' notice so that we can attempt to fill the vacant spot. Your confirmation fee will be applied to any re-scheduled booking.
Cancellation Policy
Your booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel within seven days of your session date.

We promise you that we will treat every customer as our special guest, and if you do not like the photographs that we take, you pay nothing!
